Self esteem problem, help before I go crazy?
So, I have this problem with feeling ugly all the time. My boyfriend is so prefect that it scares me he’ll find someone else because I’m not beautiful enough… We’ve been together for nine months now and we’ve been planning out our future, which is coming at us so quickly. We’ve planned out our careers, where we’re going to college, ect… I’m afraid I’ll lose it all just for the simple fact I’m ugly. He tells me I’m beautiful all the time and how I’m the most gorgeous girl alive, how no ones more perfect, how I should be a model… How I have a beautiful personality, how I have a huge heart, how I’m so nice to everyone which makes me even more beautiful… blah blah blah… That stuff is so sweet and nice! & I appreciate it so much and it does cheer me up, however at the end of the day I’m back to being scared.

I have this HUGE hatred for his ex’s Ashley and Kathryn… They text him all the time! They keep in touch with him! Supposedly he doesn’t reply/answer to them though. Hm… I’m getting fed up. I feel as if he still wants them b/c I’m not pretty enough.

I had a conversation w/ his ex Kathryn a couple months ago b/c she send him nudes. I told her a whole bunch of stuff and she said this,

I think she was just saying that to cause trouble in your relationship. If he didnt like you, he wouldnt be with you. If he didnt like you, it would show. He wouldnt be telling you you’re beautiful (which I think you are really pretty), and he would be slowly distancing himself from you if anything. I liked them both. When it comes down to it I’m thinking bigger crew, Vegas casino, and one arrest or smaller crew, smaller heirst, crowded city streets of Los Angeles and no arrest. As far as which one was better I think that I would have to say Ocean’s 11. Ocean had more people but I just think since the heist was so big, I mean it was a Las Vegas casino, and even though in The Italian Job they made the heist in the middle of the day on crowded streets with all the extra tricks and security and still got away clean, in Ocean’s they made it seem like robbing a casino in Vegas was impossible.

i use a product called ‘cetaphil’ i got it in a soap bottle, its not soap but it can be used as soap. its antibacterial and helps smooth skin and what i do is put it on my dry face then wash it off.

its not expensive and it last a long time.

Zest Bar Soap ($4 for like 3 bars)
Coconut Moisturizing Soft Soap Scrub ($4)
Pond’s Cold Cream ($7)
Equate Night Time Firming Lotion ($4; its generic)

In the Shower:

Once or twice a week use the Coconut Moisturizing Soft Soap Scrub on your face and neck, gently with your fingers. Wash off. Then use your Zest Bar Soap; because is harsh on the skin which is good in moderation.Wash off. Next, use the Pond’s Cold Cream and rub into face for a minute. Wash off; but it will still feel like a layer of cold cream as you wash it off, that is normal. Dry off. Apply Equate Night Time Firming Lotion. You will notice a big difference in a few days.

But what about the other days!?! Just use soap where you sweat and let your natual body oils sit on your skin. You can rinse your skin, but dont wash the oils off with soap.

Honestly, when i had really bad skin, i found out about using honey as a face mask. It sounds weird and feels reaaally weird when you first put it on. But honestly, none of the treatments and stuff you can buy helped me at all. Honey, PURE honey worked.
Get some pure honey (Acacia or Manuka honey is best, but they’re expensive so just find some honey with no added chemicals from the supermarket or something) apply it to a dry clean face in the evening before you shower (it gets everywhere so don’t do it in the morning) leave it on for 15-20 minutes then jump in the shower and wash it off. Then just cleanse and moisturise as usual. It should start making a difference in 4-5 days. It did for me (: Hope it works!
